All orders are shipped in standard USPS-furnished packaging, generic boxes, or envelopes.
There is no company information on the box or envelope, and it is completely discreet. We list “BCRT” as the sending company on the shipping label for added discretion.
We charge a $5 flat rate for shipping, with Free Shipping on U.S. and U.S. Territories orders over $75.00.
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States and U.S. Territories. However, we reserve the right to accept international orders on a case-by-case basis, upon request, and those shipments will incur an international shipping fee of $25, to be billed and paid via PayPal invoice prior to shipment.
Most orders are shipped via USPS, but larger shipments may ship via FedEx or UPS. To protect our customers, orders greater than $200 may require a signature for delivery.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse any order that appears suspicious in nature.
Tracking numbers are sent via email the evening your order ships. To check the progress of your shipment, click on the corresponding carrier below, and enter the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email:
It's a good idea to monitor your tracking for estimated delivery dates and shipment progress. If your tracking reflects delivery but you have not received your goods, the first step is to contact the carrier to report the issue. To do this, use the above links to get started using the carrier's online portal.

Orders generally ship within two business days (Monday through Friday) and we strive to ship everything out the same day if an order is received by 12 noon Pacific.
During high volume times such as holidays, some orders may take as long as 4-7 days to leave our warehouse. (This is rare, but 2020 lessons are hard to forget.)
U.S. Customers should receive their orders in 2-10 days. Customers in U.S. Territories should expect delivery within 2 weeks.
We do not hold physical inventory, and utilize several suppliers across the US.
In case of a manufacturer's backorder or stock out, orders may be held to wait for suppliers' replenishment.
To expedite your purchases to you, we reserve the right to make substitutions of color or of equal/ greater value in the case of manufacturer stock outs or back orders.
In the case of an extended back order we may issue a refund for the cost of that item.
All sales are final, as we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the products.
Please check all items upon receipt.
If you receive a defective product, report it as soon as possible by e-mailing Care@indigohoney.com . We will do our best to offer you a replacement (of similar value) of your choice.
For sanitary reasons, we do not take products back unless a manufacturer requires it for replacement.
We do not offer any type of "pleasure guarantee" so be sure to check product details and sizing prior to placing your order.

You can cancel your order at any point during the checkout process until you make a payment. After payment has been taken, it is necessary to contact us directly via email to cancel your order.
If your order has not been shipped, then we can refund you the payment straight away. Please note, we have a very tight turnaround time for shipping after orders have been placed, and cancelled orders may carry a 3% – 5% cancellation fee as charged by our payment processor.
If your order has already been shipped, we may be able to redirect the package to be returned to our warehouse, or if that is not possible, you may need to refuse the delivery. Your refund will be processed once the order has arrived and is checked in by our warehouse staff. Returns of this nature may incur certain fees for transactions, shipping, and restocking. Your refund may be for the amount you paid for the order, less a 6% transaction processing fee, less any shipping fees Indigo Honey paid, and may also incur a 10% restocking fee. Opened packages / boxes/ envelopes may not be returned and are not eligible for refund.
While we process all refunds in a timely manner, the time it takes to post to your account may vary according to your bank/ credit card company policies.
